These terms cover your use of Clppd, a desktop clipping tool made by Over-Biz.
- Use. Clppd helps you turn footage into short clips and upload them to your own YouTube channel. Use it only with footage you have the right to repost, such as campaign footage you're licensed to use or your own videos.
- Your responsibility. You're responsible for the clips you publish and for following the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube's Community Guidelines and the rules of any campaign you take part in.
- YouTube. Clppd uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
- No warranty. Clppd is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Over-Biz isn't liable for lost views, earnings, data or channel penalties that result from using it.
- Changes. We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
